Workshops
We feel delighted to provide interactive workshops on the core features of Minerva Messenger as per your specific demands. In doing so, you can pick up a bunch of tips and get inspired to deal with your daily work with Minerva Messenger.
Here is how to make it work:
- For individuals: drop us an email to let us know your demand. If more than six users touch upon the same topic, we would be happy to plan an online workshop for all of you.
- For institutions: when your institution has specific use cases and needs assistance in using Minerva Messenger, do not hesitate to contact us via email, and we will organize a workshop exclusively for your institution.
Since Minerva Messenger is increasingly attractive to MPG staff, we plan to organize an online workshop in March 2023. The main points of the workshop could include but are not limited to the following:
Brief Introduction of the Upgraded Features
Insights
Apps Bar
Voice Calling & Screen Sharing
Getting Started with Boards and Playbooks
There are plenty of task management tools on the market, but why should Mattermost Playbooks & Boards be highly recommended? This part will compare Mattermost Playbooks & Boards with ClickUp from different perspectives. Additionally, you will be provided several concrete scenarios in which Mattermost Playbooks & Boards can benefit and smooth various workflows.
With Boards, you can:
- manage project tasks and personal tasks;
- create roadmaps;
- take meeting notes, etc.
Playbooks can be used to schedule:
- system migration;
- system upgrade;
- employee onboarding, etc.
Build Your Own Playbooks and Boards
The Minerva Messenger Support team will assist you in building your own Playbooks and Boards according to your demand. You are welcome to bring your use cases to the workshop, and we will find the best solution to make your workflow as easy and effective as possible.
We are still open to hearing your voice. If you are a participant and have any suggestions for the upcoming workshop, please feel free to comment below and stay tuned!
